On this episode, Dr Brown is joined by Professor Tom Mullen to discuss some of the ongoing legal and constitutional issues regarding Brexit. Professor Mullen discuss the possibility of Parliament preventing the UK leaving the EU without a deal and the potential legal mechanism through which this might be achieved.

In a conversation taking place in mid-August, Professor Mullen sets out the legal issues around votes of confidence in the government, predicts the possibility of the Prime Minister proroguing Parliament to ensure a ‘no deal’ exit and discusses the legal implications of the potential involvement of the Queen within the Brexit process.
