In this episode, Dr Alan Brown talks to Dr Chris Gill (Lecturer in Public Law) about ESRC project ‘Just Energy’ which he leads with Dr Naomi Creutzfeldt (University of Westminster), investigating access to justice for vulnerable and energy poor consumers in Europe.
The project looks at whether Alternative Dispute Resolution results in more accessible justice for these individuals.
